The top hinged roof window is perfectly suitable for roofs with pitches between 15o and 55o (complete with flashing). It opens to a 45o angle to provide ample ventilation and to satisfy emergency exit.
Manufactured with pine wood, vacuum impregnated, finished with two coats of water based, clear acrylic lacquer.
The flashing both-side painted aluminium sheet, 0.6-0.8mm aluminium cladding with polyester grey/brown coating.
The different handle positioned at the lower part of the sash enables the window to be opened conveniently.
